How does a consultation work?
Bring the garment and the shoes or undergarments you expect to wear with it. Anayancy will review the fit, construction, and requested change before any work is accepted.
How are prices determined?
Pricing depends on the garment, fabric, construction, and scope. A price is provided only after the garment is reviewed; the website does not quote or guarantee a price.
When will my garment be ready?
Regular alterations usually take 7–10 business days, complex work 2–4 weeks, and formal or bridal work 8–12 weeks. Every date remains an estimate until Anayancy inspects and accepts the garment.
What should I bring?
Bring the clean garment plus the shoes and foundation garments that affect the fit. For event wear, bring the complete pieces you plan to wear together.
Where is the appointment?
Appointments are at the Ontario, California business location. The exact residential address and arrival instructions are sent only after the appointment is confirmed.
What are the cancellation and payment policies?
Use the link in your confirmation invitation to change or cancel, preferably at least 24 hours ahead. The first consultation is free and takes 30–60 minutes depending on the garments. No payment is collected when booking. Regular work requires a 50% deposit after written approval, with the balance due before pickup. Review the full terms before authorizing work.
Is service available in Spanish?
Yes. Anayancy primarily speaks Spanish. English-speaking customers are welcome, with translation support when needed.
