Appointment information
Booking collects your name, email, language, appointment time, garment count, type of consultation, and agreement to appointment emails and service terms. A phone number and note are optional. The form does not take payments or accept photographs. Please do not include sensitive personal details in a note.
How the information is used
Appointment details are stored in Anayancy’s private scheduling system and shared with Google Calendar to reserve the time and send your invitation, changes, and cancellation. Your invitation includes the private address and a personal link to manage your appointment. Do not share that link. We send service messages, not promotions.
Booking recovery
Your browser may temporarily keep an opaque appointment reference and access key in session storage so an interrupted booking can be checked without submitting another appointment. It does not store your name, email, or the private address there. Keep the confirmation invitation for future access.
Garment documentation photos
If you authorize operational photographs, they are used privately to record garment condition and the requested work. They are not published or used for advertising.
Public photographs
Every photograph proposed for the website, social media, or advertising requires separate optional permission, even when it shows only the garment. Showing a face, name, or identifying detail requires its own specific permission.
Measurements and retention
Measurements and regular alteration history are kept for 12 months after the last service, then may be securely deleted. Financial and legally required records may follow separate retention requirements.
Security and service providers
The site uses Cloudflare Turnstile to deter automated abuse and a short-lived, salted network identifier to limit repeated requests. Google processes Calendar invitations under its own privacy terms. The public website does not have direct access to private customer records. Ask Anayancy about correcting your contact details or requesting deletion; records needed for service, accounting, or legal obligations may need to be retained.
AI assistance
AI assistance is off. Booking does not send your information to an AI model.
