Garment review
Every garment type may be considered; none is excluded automatically. Anayancy accepts a specific job only after inspecting the garment. Work may be declined for hygiene, safety, damage risk, equipment, time, capacity, or technical feasibility. New garments are not made from scratch at launch.
Appointments
Appointments are in Ontario, California, Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–noon and 1–4 p.m., Pacific time. The free consultation is 30 minutes for one garment, 45 for two, or 60 for three; formal or complex consultations take 60 minutes. Booking confirms the visit, not acceptance of alteration work. The address is shared in the confirmation invitation. One necessary helper may accompany you. Use the invitation link to change or cancel, preferably at least 24 hours ahead. No payment is collected when booking.
Prices, deposits, and payments
There is no minimum charge and no public price list. A written quote is valid for 14 days. Regular work requires a 50% deposit after written approval and the balance before garment release. Express requires full payment before work. Card, cash, and business Zelle payments receive receipts.
Cancellations and changes
If a customer cancels, the business may retain 25% of the deposit, equal to 12.5% of the approved job price, plus documented non-returnable materials and completed labor. Any unused remainder is refunded. Changes after approval are new work and may cost more. The cancellation terms shown in your approved written quote apply; any retention must be supported by that agreement and applicable law.
Timing and Express Service
Regular work is usually 7–10 business days, complex work 2–4 weeks, and formal or bridal work 8–12 weeks. Express rules are approved, but requests remain closed until the five-job pilot opens.
Pickup and corrections
Customers should pick up finished garments within seven calendar days. Reminders are sent when ready, after seven days, and after fourteen days. Garments are not donated, sold, discarded, or released without an approved legal policy or written authorization. Workmanship concerns must be reported within three calendar days; reasonable correction is offered when the finished work does not match the approved instructions.
Temporary value limits
Until commercial garment-in-custody insurance is active, the business will not accept a garment valued above $500 or hold more than $1,000 total across all customers' garments at one time.
Annual closures
The business is closed May 15–25, November 15–30, and December 15–30. Regular and Express deadlines do not count closure days unless Anayancy approves a specific exception.
